Sustainability is not a goal
Sustainability is a path.

We have consciously chosen this path
and live it privately as well as in our
KaiserMoments Apartment & Lofts.

SDGs_Umweltzeichen-Ecolabel

From now on we are allowed to carry the Austrian as well as the European Ecolabel. Both seals of quality stand for active commitment to the environment, ethical engagement and outstanding quality. The eco-labels are subject to strict criteria and guidelines, which are verified every four years by an independent expert opinion.

Every rating counts. We donate € 5,- for every review received and double the collected amount at the end of the year. In this way, we support the Kitzbühel Service Clubs association. This association supports people in need in the region.
Barrier-free with ease. Our Loft No4 offers every comfort for people in wheelchairs - for less inequality.
Strong together. We are a team. Woman and man privately and professionally equal side by side.

Pure nature. Our electricity whether for the KaiserMoments or the e-filling station in front of the house, comes from Tyrolean hydropower or directly from our photovoltaic roof. Detergents and cleaning agents are ECO-certified, soaps and shower gel are natural cosmetics from Tyrol, the toilet paper is made from recycled fibers and for our printed matter we use only recycled paper. There is also a low-temperature heating, which each guest can control individually. We encourage collaborative, sustainable travel and give -10% off the overnight rate.
when arriving by train.

Ingeniously Regional. We rely on sustainable, regional products and local partners. From the planning and implementation of the Swiss stone pine paneling to the herb boxes and beds instead of flower arrangements, bread from the local baker, print shops, welcome honey, the sustainable bath slippers, to the in-house yoga on our wooden platform.

#wetogether. Together we are strong. Together with the Wilder Kaiser Tourism Association, we are actively committed to completely rethinking and living the concept of tourism. We see ourselves as ambassadors for sustainable tourism and in this role also support other businesses, in mutual exchange, on their personal path to sustainability.

Our next steps

  • Use instead of waste. Our bread is still good on the second or third day - we also want to convey this to our guests. Publicly on the road.
  • Bus instead of car - even more awareness of the free guest mobility offered in the region.
  • ReUse. Free cloth bags to borrow for shopping in the region.
  • Let the Sun shine. Home-grown electricity from solar energy with our own photovoltaic system - we still want to implement that, too.
