General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry
A deposit amounting to 20% of the total package price is required upon reservation. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit payment has been received.
Please pay the balance of your hotel bill during your stay or transfer payment in advance to our bank account. Transfers can be made within the EU at no extra charge.
Your deposit payment will, of course, be deducted from your hotel bill. We are happy to accept debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
Please note that smoking is not permitted in our establishment.
Check-in: from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Check-out: by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Late check-out: subject to availability - until 12:00 p.m. € 50.00, until 3:00 p.m. € 80.00
Dogs: We are happy to welcome their four-legged friend on request. Cleaning, bowls and pillows included. Daily rate € 30.00 per dog (without food) - max. € 100.00 per stay. Maximum 1 dog per loft. Please let us know already at the time of your request if you are bringing a dog. Only after written confirmation, we can welcome your four-legged friend.
Cancellation conditions: no cancellation fees up to 1 month before the start of the trip 1 month to 1 week before departure 70% of the total amount. In the last week before departure 90% of the total amount. In the event of no-show or early departure, 100% will be charged.
