General Terms and Conditions
for the Hotel Industry

  • A deposit amounting to 20% of the total package price is required upon reservation.
    The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit payment has been received.
  • Please pay the balance of your hotel bill during your stay or transfer payment in advance to our bank account.
    Transfers can be made within the EU at no extra charge.
  • Your deposit payment will, of course, be deducted from your hotel bill.
    We are happy to accept debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
  • Please note that smoking is not permitted in our establishment.
  • Check-in: from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Check-out: by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
  • Dogs: We are happy to welcome their four-legged friend on request. Cleaning, bowls and pillows included. Daily rate € 30.00 per dog (without food) - max. € 100.00 per stay. Maximum 1 dog per loft. Please let us know already at the time of your request if you are bringing a dog. Only after written confirmation, we can welcome your four-legged friend.
  • Late check-out: subject to availability - until 12:00 p.m. € 50.00, until 3:00 p.m. € 80.00
  • Cancellation policy: no cancellation fees are applied up to 14 days before the scheduled date of arrival;
    cancellations 3 days before the scheduled date of arrival are subject to payment of 50% of the total package price;
    cancellations in the final days before the scheduled date of arrival are subject to payment of 90% of the total package price.

Austria’s 2006 General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) also apply.
